Glad you're back on air. I haven't tried snow myself, but after what you have said, I don't think I want to. I do have a couple of winter coats but they are rather more fashion statements than to keep me warm. Of course I do have fur which helps a lot and I think four feet would be a bit easier for you on the slippery bits, but they wouldn't be much help on the ladders. I'm a bit concerned about the food you seem to be dreaming about - a good steak is the best thing for man and his best friend. Next time you come we'll have best Australian steak and if you don't like it you can always slide it under the table to me. By the way, please don't mention "hot dogs" as it makes me quite queasy - I wouldn't dream of eating "warm human" whatever it was made of.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, it sounds as if you are off and running now and will be bouncing up to Camp 3 in no time. Don't be scared of the ladders - do what I do when I go past the rottweiler down the road - take a deep breath and think happy thoughts!

Steve,so glad you had a nice dinner with such interesting company. I know it is a nice change to be able to relax and enjoy a meal. You sounded rested and I hope you had a great first day of May. It is hard to believe you have been gone over a month and I pray your next weeks ahead are just as safe as the first were. You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers everyday.
ReplyDeleteLot of Love,
Ashley
